AccuCities have recorded rapid growth since May 2016. Our sample files alone have been downloaded over 2,700 times and we have completed over 1,000 projects for nearly 160 customers. To keep up with the rising demand for our services, we have been looking for the right candidate to help us improve what we do for some time. We have been very lucky in our choice and today we would like to give the warmest possible welcome to Rachel Rowson, our new Operations Manager.

After Rachel has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Portsmouth and continued her studies at University of East London where she gained her Master of Architecture (MArch) in 2016. She has joined us after working for Zaha Hadid Architects.

“The role of the Operations manager at AccuCities is quite challenging as the environment is really fast-paced – our customers are used to receiving their 3D models quickly and of course, error-free,” admits Rachel. “Guys are really proud of the consistent quality of the 3D models and so there is no scope for errors. But everybody has been really helpful and the work is really enjoyable.”

“We have been looking for a suitable recruit for the Operations Manager for over 6 months”, says Michal, one of the AccuCities directors. “I am really pleased with our choice. Rachel has already proved her worth with some really clever ideas. One of them, our new Quoting Tool, has just been implemented and it already helps our customers with improvements such as instant pricing and set areas quotes. Going ahead, Rachel will be officially responsible for all AccuCities projects and customer care. She will be working closely with Milo to ensure all projects are produced and delivered on time and to full customer satisfaction. She will also be handling all customer enquiries, including sponsorships and samples. It is a lot to ask but Rachel has already proved to be exceptionally  capable and knowledgeable. She is really helpful and pleasant to work with, our customers can look towards even better customer care than they were used to.
