We collect information on all major consented developments in Central London as part of our service to AccuCities 3D Model of London subscribers. This gives our customers the ability to plan and design their projects with the understanding of future constrains and likely environmental changes.

London’s skyline is growing incredibly fast and there is a number of wider neighbourhood areas of new developments. Beside City of London and Canary Wharf, south of the river is undergoing massive transformation with new developments around new US Embassy in Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station, Southbank and Blackfriars.

These renders represent our best prediction on how London will look like in 2028, based on granted planning applications. As with the rest of our 3D Model of London, the Future Skyline Layer is constantly updated and upgraded to include latest additions and any major changes.

All of these renders are screenshots from our Unreal Engine 4 app but our entire dataset is available to our subscribers as AutoCad, SKP or FBX files as well.
