At AccuCities, we take our social and environmental responsibilities seriously. We are proud to be a Carbon Neutral Plus Organisation for the 2nd year. This means that we offset all of our carbon footprint generated last year. Even though in our 2021 assessment we have left generous margins to account for any growth in our carbon usage in 2022, we have actually cut our carbon emissions to 2.21 tCO2e, which we have offset through verified carbon reduction projects and planting 6 trees in South West of the UK.

AccuCities is part of the Net-Zero supply chain

For the second year running, AccuCities® is a 3D city models supplier with a fully certified offset of 100% of its carbon production. That means that on the road to net zero in the built environment, our customers and partners do not have to include our products and services in their carbon footprint assessments. If needed, our Carbon assessment and offset certificate is available for download here.

AccuCities® is a Carbon Neutral Plus Certified Organisation

As much as 40% of the carbon emissions in the United Kingdom come from the built environment. And despite the most emissions being produced during the construction, everyone who works in the design and planning phase could find a way to make our processes more environmentally friendly.

“AccuCities 3D city models creation is by its nature a low-carbon operation”, says Sandor Petroczi, AccuCities Director. “With the help of the carbon offsetting scheme, we are able to be fully carbon neutral for the second year in a row. It is not just some sort of marketing gimmick either; we think that every company has the ecological and social responsibility to transition to zero carbon as soon as possible. I am proud that we are able to do this as a matter of routine business operation.”

AccuCities total emissions of 2.21 tonnes of CO2 have been offset to the level of 6 tonnes of CO2 offset through verified carbon reduction projects and the planting of six trees in South West of the United Kingdom.
